Docs · how it all works

CryptoBaraX and $BARA,
written down.

What the app is, why the token exists, how the launch works, where every fee goes, and what can never change. Nothing here is a promise of price. Where something is still a plan, it says so.

Test launch · contracts not deployed yet · every number below is the plan until they are

1 · The app

CryptoBaraX is a portfolio dashboard for people who actually use DeFi. You add wallets, and it reads them across 24 chains (balances and positions on all of them, full transaction history on 16): balances, lending and borrowing positions, loops, liquidity positions with their ranges and fees, Pendle positions and limit orders, points programs, and a 90-day history you can scrub back through. It computes one net worth that subtracts debt, one P&L that separates realised from unrealised and excludes transfers between your own wallets, and it sends alerts to Telegram or Discord: price bands, liquidation distance, depegs, fills.

It is read-only. You sign in with a wallet signature, never a seed phrase, and the app has no permission to move anything. It is free, by invite during the test launch.

The rule for every number on screen: a provable source, or a dash. If a value cannot be traced to the chain or to a protocol's own ledger, the app shows "—" rather than a guess. That rule carries over to this page and to the token.

2 · Why BARA exists

A dashboard like this costs money to run: servers, data, and a developer's time. The usual answers are subscriptions, selling user data, or paid tiers that hide the useful features. We did not want any of those. CryptoBaraX is free for everyone, and $BARA is what pays for it.

The token does three jobs:

  • Funding. Every buy of BARA pays a small, fixed tax. Part of that tax funds the builder; the rest is burned or paid to stakers. No subscription, ever.
  • Currency inside the app. The Bara Shop (logos, avatars, packs) is paid in BARA. Capy Games will take entries and pay prizes in BARA. Capy Points, which you earn for free by using the app, can be claimed as BARA from a community pool.
  • A reason to hold. Staking pays real yield from the fee split, shop sales and a bootstrap reserve, with lock boosts up to 3×. Buybacks and burns shrink the supply with every buy.

BARA is a utility token for this platform. It is not a share in anything, it pays no dividend, and this page promises nothing about its price.

3 · Guiding principles

Provable or a dash

Every number on the site and in the app comes from the chain or a protocol's own ledger, or it is not shown.

Nothing for insiders

No team allocation, no treasury tokens, no presale, no vesting. The builder is paid only from the fee split, in public.

Rules in code

The tax, the split, the lock and the supply are enforced by contracts that cannot be changed after launch. Section 11 lists exactly what can.

Everything published

Every treasury spend, every buyback, every claim from the community pool, with a transaction link.

Read-only by design

The app never holds a key and cannot sign a transaction. Buying, staking and claiming happen from your own wallet.

Blank beats wrong

If a figure cannot be verified, it is left blank. A wrong number is a liability; a dash is honest.

4 · The launch planned

BARA launches on Robinhood Chain through Torch, a launchpad whose contracts do three things in one transaction: mint the whole supply, put all of it into a Uniswap v4 pool paired with WETH, and lock that liquidity forever. There is no owner, no mint function, no pause and no blacklist. Torch also fixes a tax on every buy, chosen at launch and unchangeable afterwards. We set it at 3%. Sells and transfers pay nothing.

The launch transaction

  1. Torch mints 1,000,000,000 BARA into the Uniswap v4 pool and locks the liquidity.
  2. In the same transaction, 20% of the supply is bought at the start price. The ETH paid for it stays in the pool, so the launch starts with real depth.
  3. That 20% is placed into our contracts: 10% into the community claim pool, 10% into the staking bootstrap. Neither can be withdrawn by anyone; they leave only through valid claims and the emissions schedule.
  4. Torch's payout address for the tax is set to the BARA fee splitter, our contract that divides it 25 / 30 / 45 (section 6).
  5. Admin of the shop, staking and claim contracts is handed to a 2-of-3 Safe multisig. The token itself has no admin at all.
Open item, tested before launch. Torch pays the creator's share to an address the creator sets. We need that address to be the splitter contract. Whether Torch allows a contract there is verified with a small amount before the real launch. If it does not, the Safe receives the ETH and performs the same 25 / 30 / 45 split by hand, with every transaction published. That is a weaker guarantee than code, and the site will say which of the two is live.

Why Torch, and why not only Torch

Torch removes the riskiest part of a launch: we do not write the token or the pool, cannot make a mistake in them, and cannot be accused of a hidden switch. What Torch does not provide is any allocation, any split, or any staking. Those come from our own contracts, tested on a copy of Robinhood Chain, which is why the launch transaction buys the 20% rather than being handed it.

6 · Where the money goes

Every buy pays the 3% tax. Torch keeps 30% of it. The other 70% is paid to the BARA fee splitter, which divides it 25 / 30 / 45 by rules locked at launch. Measured against the whole tax, that is 17.5% burned, 21% to stakers, 31.5% to the builder:

a $1,000 buy of BARA └─ $30 tax (3%) ├─ $9.00 Torch, the launchpad (30% of the tax) └─ $21.00 BARA fee splitter (70% of the tax) ├─ $5.25 buyback & burn (25% of our share) ├─ $6.30 stakers (30%) └─ $9.45 builder (45%)

Other flows, same split

  • Bara Shop sales in BARA: 25% burned, 30% to stakers, 45% to the builder. Enforced by the shop contract.
  • Capy Games: 85% of each prize pool to the winners, 15% rake split 25 / 30 / 45 like the fee, so stakers get 4.5% of every pool.
  • Early-exit forfeits from staking: BARA half burned, half to the stakers who stayed; ETH all to the stakers who stayed.

The honest revenue picture

The builder's income is 0.945% of buy volume. At $10,000 of buys a day that is $94.50 a day, or about $2,800 a month. At $50,000 a day it is $472.50 a day. Volume on a new token is highest around launch and settles afterwards; the plan assumes that. Servers and data are covered at a few hundred dollars of buys a day. Development time is covered only when people keep buying, which is why everything in sections 7 and 8 exists: to give people a reason to.

7 · Staking built, tested on a fork

Stake BARA and earn every reward the pool receives: ETH from the fee split, BARA from shop sales and the bootstrap, forfeits from early exits. Rewards stream over 7 days so a single large sale cannot be sniped by a last-minute staker.

Lock tiers

Pick how long to lock when you stake. A longer lock multiplies your share of every reward paid out while it runs.

LockReward weightUnstake
Flexible1×any time, after a 2-day cooldown
30 days1.25×when the lock ends
90 days1.5×when the lock ends
180 days2×when the lock ends
365 days3×when the lock ends

How claiming works

  • Flexible: claim your rewards whenever you like, in full.
  • Locked: claim whenever you like too. Each claim pays 75% now and holds 25% back until the lock ends, then pays that too.
  • Breaking a lock early: you get your BARA back in full, and you lose part of the held-back 25%. The longer you stayed, the less you lose. What you lose goes to the stakers who stayed.

Example: two people stake 10,000 BARA each. One locks for 365 days, one stays flexible. The locked one receives three times the rewards of the flexible one for as long as the lock runs. Nobody is paid rewards before earning them; the hold-back only delays part of what is already earned.

The bootstrap releases 1.33% of what remains every week: about 50M BARA in year 1, 25M in year 2, 12.5M in year 3, and a shrinking amount every year after, never reaching zero. Early stakers get the strongest bootstrap while fee volume is small; usage becomes the main source as it grows. The cooldown and the hold-back can only ever be lowered, never raised.

8 · Capy Points, Bara Shop, Capy Games

Capy Points

You earn points for free by using the app: a daily spin of the Capy Wheel, quests, Bara Call predictions, and a weekly leaderboard. Points are a ledger kept by the app. After launch they can be claimed as BARA from the 10% community pool: the app signs a voucher, you redeem it from your own wallet, the contract pays from its float. Claims are capped per day, the signing key can only be replaced after three days' public notice, and nobody, including the builder, can withdraw the pool.

Bara Shop

Logos, avatars and skins. Items are priced in dollars and paid in BARA at the live price. Skins drop only from packs, with odds published for every tier and every pull recorded. Sales split 25% burned, 30% to stakers, 45% to the builder, enforced by the shop contract. Until BARA launches the shop runs on Capy Points.

Capy Games

The Bara Arcade is live in the app today: Burrow Wars duels against other players, ranked ladders with rank-ups, and practice against bots. From launch, entries are paid in BARA and prizes come from the entry pool: 85% to the winners, 15% rake split 25 / 30 / 45 like the fee. Win and you are paid in BARA; stake and you earn from every game played. The Divided Ledger, a standalone game, runs on BARA as well.

9 · Transparency

Once BARA is live, every number on the front page is read from Robinhood Chain in your browser: supply and burned amount, fees collected, what went to stakers, what went to the builder, the staking pool, the community pool. Nothing is a screenshot and nothing is typed in by hand.

Published, each with a transaction link:

  • Every spend from the builder's 45%, with what it paid for.
  • Every buyback and burn.
  • Every claim from the community pool, in aggregate per day.
  • Any BARA the builder buys or sells on the market.
  • Whether the splitter or the Safe is receiving Torch's payout (section 4).

The app's own health is public too: app.cryptobarax.com/health reports the running code version and data freshness.

10 · Contracts

Every address below is filled from the site's configuration after the launch and links to the Robinhood Chain explorer. A dash means not deployed yet. Anyone can launch a token called BARA; the only official addresses are the ones on this page.

ContractWhat it doesAddress

Our contracts are small Solidity files with no dependencies, tested with Foundry against a fork of Robinhood Chain's real Uniswap. They have not been independently audited. The token and the pool are Torch's contracts, which we did not write.

11 · What can and can't change

Nobody can, ever

  • Mint new BARA. The supply is fixed at launch.
  • Withdraw the locked liquidity.
  • Change the 3% buy tax, or add any tax on sells or transfers.
  • Change Torch's 70 / 30 split, or the splitter's 25 / 30 / 45.
  • Take the community pool or the staking bootstrap.
  • Pause trading or blacklist a wallet.
  • Make staking harsher. Cooldown and hold-back only go down.

Only with 2 of 3 Safe keys

  • List items in the Bara Shop.
  • Add a staking reward token.
  • Spend the builder's 45%, every spend published.
  • Tune the buyback's anti-manipulation guard within fixed limits.
  • Hand Torch's creator role to another address; Torch requires the receiver to accept.
  • Replace the points-claim signer, after 3 days' public notice.

12 · Risks and disclosures

Read all of this before you buy, stake or claim anything.

BARA is not an investment

BARA is a utility token for the CryptoBaraX platform: shop currency, staking, game entries and prizes. It represents no ownership, no share of revenue as a legal right, and no claim on the builder or the company. Nothing on this site or in the app promises price, profit or return, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

You can lose everything you put in

Token prices can go to zero. Liquidity on a new token is thin; a large sale moves the price sharply and a large buy pays a high price. Staking rewards depend on buy volume, shop sales and the bootstrap schedule, and can fall to very little. Lock tiers delay access to rewards, and leaving a lock early forfeits part of them.

Every buy pays 3%

The tax is charged on buys only and cannot be changed. 30% of it goes to Torch, the launchpad, and 70% to the BARA fee splitter. Torch also charges its own trading fee on its site; that fee is Torch's and we receive none of it. Trading through other interfaces still pays the 3% tax, because it is part of the token.

Smart-contract risk

The token and its pool are created by Torch's launch contracts, which we did not write, cannot change, and have not audited. Our fee splitter, staking, emissions, shop and claim contracts are small and tested against a fork of Robinhood Chain, but they have not been independently audited. Software can have bugs, and a bug in a contract that cannot be changed cannot be patched.

The split may be enforced by a multisig, not code

If Torch does not allow a contract as its payout address, the 70% lands in a 2-of-3 Safe and the 25 / 30 / 45 split is performed by its signers rather than by the splitter contract. That is a promise backed by publication, not by code. This page will state which arrangement is live.

One developer

CryptoBaraX is built and run by one person. If that person stops, the app may stop being maintained. The contracts keep running without them: the pool stays locked, staking keeps streaming, the community pool keeps paying valid claims.

Points and the app are off-chain

Capy Points, the leaderboard, quests and the arcade ladder are kept by the app's database, not by a contract. They can be reset, corrected or changed by the builder, and are published as a convenience. Only a claimed voucher turns points into BARA on-chain.

Check the address

Anyone can launch a token called BARA. The only official addresses are the ones in section 10 of this page and in the app's Contracts tab. We will never ask you for a seed phrase or a private key.

Not available everywhere

Do not buy, stake or claim BARA where it is restricted. You are responsible for the laws and the taxes that apply to you. No legal review has been commissioned for this launch.

This plan can change before launch

Everything on this page is the current plan and may change until the launch transaction is sent. After launch, section 11 is the complete list of what can change.

13 · FAQ

Is the app really free? What's the catch?

Free, by invite during the test launch, and free after. The catch is that BARA buyers pay for it: 0.945% of every buy funds the builder. If nobody buys BARA, the builder earns nothing. That is the deal, in the open.

Why is the tax on buys only?

That is how Torch works: a buy tax, fixed at launch, no sell tax. A sell tax punishes exits and reads as a trap; a buy tax funds the loop at the moment someone joins it.

Why 3%?

Enough to run the app at modest volume, low enough not to scare buyers. 2% is Torch's default; 5% starts to look like a tax token. 3% was the owner's call.

Where does the 20% launch buy's ETH go?

Into the pool, as liquidity. It is not paid to anyone. The tokens it buys go into the community and staking contracts, which nobody can withdraw from.

Does the builder hold BARA?

Not at launch. If they buy some later, it is disclosed on this page with the transaction.

Can staking rewards run out?

The bootstrap halves yearly and never reaches zero, and the fee and shop shares last as long as people buy. What falls is the rate, if volume falls.

What stops the builder from rugging?

The liquidity is locked by Torch's contract forever, the token has no owner, and the community and staking pools cannot be withdrawn. The only money the builder can touch is the 40% leg, after it has been split, and every spend is published.

Is it audited?

No. The contracts are small, dependency-free and fork-tested. An independent audit is planned only if the project earns enough to pay for one.

Why Robinhood Chain?

Low fees, Uniswap v4, Torch's home chain, and Robinhood's stock tokens as a pairing option later. The app already reads it.
